Market Statistics Update: January 2017
Circle C Home Sales Volume up 4% over same time period last year
Between July 2016 and December 2016, Circle C recorded 199 homes sold according to the Austin MLS. That was an increase of 4% or 8 homes more versus the same time frame last year (July-December). With average homes sold over >33 per month and only 32 homes available in MLS, the neighborhood market continues to be categorized as a Sellers Market. Sold prices were also up versus the same time last year by an average of $22k, or 5%. Today, the average Circle C home sold costs $483k, features 2,893 sf of living space and was built in 2003. New construction in Avaña and Greyrock Ridge are contributing to the overall rise in sales volume and average price increases.
