Circle C is zoned primarily to feed Austin ISD Schools, although a few homes reside outside Travis County and are routed to Hays Consolidated ISD (those in the most southern sections of Avaña for example) unless approved for transfer. Alternatively, some residents may choose to send their children to specialty schools, like Austin ISD’s L.A.S.A. (Liberal Arts and Science Academy) or other private schools ranging from Veritas Academy to Regents School of Austin. The neighborhood public schools have historically been rated the best performing ‘chain’ of schools from elementary to high school in Austin ISD.
